ANIL RAJE

Mr. Raje has been part of the shipping industry since 1962. With a career that began in Scindia Workshop Ltd Mumbai, he has contributed greatly to developing young talent while consulting. He is also Technical Advisor to the company in area of Marine Retrofit and modifications. Currently Mr. Raje also serves as a visiting faculty to the Institute of Ship Building and Technology, Goa 

Dr. CARMO QUADROS

Dr. Quadros is a Technical Advisor for Naval Architecture. After graduating with a B.Tech in Naval Architecture , he pursued an M.Tech in Ocean Engineering from his Alma Mater, IIT Madras. He then completed his Ph.D.. from the department of Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering at Osaka University, Japan. His experience of 3 decades in ship design & construction, teaching and research were honed in India, Japan, South Korea, China and Singapore.

STEVAN RODRIGUES

Mr. Rodrigues is a certified Naval Architect from the UK in Naval Architecture and Ship Construction in 1964. He completed his internship at M/s Don Dyer and co, the then leading ship designers and non-exclusive surveyor to all leading classification societies. He lead teams at Mazgaon Dock ltd. and later in Goa Shipyard Limited. At GSL he handled the construction of 4 Iron barges and 4 tugboats built for the Indian Navy in 1973. Since 1977, Mr. Rodrigues freelanced on projects designing vessels from 200T wooden barges to 6400 DWT bulk carriers under IRS class. His industrial insights collected from over 40 years makes him the right kind of advisor for #BuoyantForce.
